Returns and replacements

Every Infinite Layers piece is made to order with the name you choose, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Once your order is confirmed it is produced specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Check the name before you order. The preview on the product page shows your exact name, size and colours. If you notice a spelling mistake right after ordering, contact us straight away; if production has not started we will correct it for you.

Arrived damaged? We replace it free. If your piece arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage and the packaging. We will make and send a replacement at no additional cost. You do not need to return the damaged piece.

Our mistake, our fix. If the name, colours or size differ from what you ordered and previewed, we remake it free.
